How I Work

Complex challenges require collective responses.

I support mission-led organisations to co-create strategies and programmes grounded in meaningful community engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and practical systems thinking.

I am particularly energised by organisations at moments of expansion or transition, whether launching new thematic programmes or entering new geographic contexts. The early exploratory phase, when ideas are tested, landscapes mapped, and partnerships formed, is where I do my best work.

I love the discovery process: understanding the landscape, identifying key actors, bringing new voices into the conversation, and building trust with those who hold deep local expertise and lived experience. This foundation is what makes ambitious collaboration possible.

My approach is grounded in systems thinking and collaboration. I work alongside clients as partners, listening carefully, aligning stakeholders, and creating the conditions for meaningful change.

My focus is on:

• Building trust and shared understanding

• Aligning vision, incentives, and resources

• Designing clear pathways from strategy to action

• Supporting implementation, not just ideas

Sustainable change does not come from plans alone. It comes from aligned people working together toward a shared purpose.
