About me

I’ve spent my career working with organisations committed to creating a more sustainable and equitable world—philanthropic funders, NGOs, research institutions, and cross-sector coalitions tackling climate change, air pollution, sustainable food systems, and global public health. Through this work, I’ve seen how lasting progress happens when funders and NGOs collaborate with clarity, trust, and a shared understanding of the systems they are trying to shift.

As a consultant, I help mission-led organisations to co-create strategies and programmes grounded in meaningful community engagement, cross-sector collaboration, and systems thinking. I specialise in strategy development, portfolio management, collaborative design, and grant-making approaches that are equitable, evidence-based, and aligned with the realities of systems change.

My perspective is shaped by 15+ years leading new initiatives at Wellcome Trust, the Royal Society, Clean Air Fund, and Climate Catalyst—where I managed multimillion-euro research and advocacy portfolios, built global partnerships, and supported organisations through periods of rapid growth.

I care deeply about strengthening the relationship between funders and the organisations they support. That means creating clarity in decision-making, facilitating shared understanding, and ensuring that programme structures enable strong, trust-based partnerships. Whether designing a new funding initiative, reviewing an existing portfolio, or convening diverse stakeholders around a shared agenda, I bring structure, insight, and a collaborative approach that honours both lived experience and technical expertise.

My goal is simple: to help philanthropic funders and NGOs maximise their contribution to positive, lasting change by combining strategic rigour with meaningful partnership.
